I have a Ice machine that makes Ice fine but wont harvest. Its a hot gas harvest operated by a solonoid. I know the coil,and circuit board are good. Tha evap is clean. The TXV is responding to hot and cold water (which why I believe the TXV is good). When in harvest the hot gas valve does come on. I can feel the line getting hot but stops right at the evap entrance. The evap lines have frost on them like there is no gas passing thru. Does anyone think the valve might not be opening 100% not allowing hot gas to flow thru with pressure. I know my evap is not clogged because it makes Ice just fine just wont harvest.
Thanks I'm getting desperate.
