ddc66 is right... try making return bigger, sounds like it would be airflow problems.if problem continues, install baffle kit. good luck

If this problem just occured, check the condensate drain line for a plugged vent or no vent at all. Clean the condensate drain and make sure water drains away. Make sure air filter is clean. If this happens every year, you may need to lower blower speed.
If they don't find ya handsome nor handy surgery may help!

Trane has (had) a problem with tvf030 model slab coils, yes they have a baffle kit that is a manufactored complexity to install, it's almost easier to install a A frame Mortex coil(bonus, includes a TXV), The coil will fit (rotated 90 degrees) on the 1/2" split between air handler and coil compartment, if you are clever the existing entry holes for gas and liquid lines can be used, cond. exits through new hole bored on right or left side of furnace (2 hour job)

There is a baffle kit that can be purchased for this unit that will redirect the water. This unit is designed for upflow and discharge left (only)and thats why they use a slab coil on this air handler.

i have run into this problem on other units where there wasnt enough return air and the negative pressure was nopt allowing the condensation to drain properly. so you may want to check for adequate return air

Did I read this correctly? You have an upflow airhandler with a slab coil? If this is the case, therein lies the problem.

Slab coils are famous for this, the problem is they are not well designed for this application and the air flow throws the water right off the coil, you might try slowing the blower down but I'd be looking more towards replacing the coil with an a-coil.
