I have run into a problem that has me puzzled. Maybe someone can help. I've read all the info on cool bot on the internet(storeitcold com), home made coolers with ordinary window AC units incorporated with cool bot to cool down to the mid 30's. lol, yes line set and evap. coil and condensing unit, the air handler/electric heat strips has only 2 wires for the heat only t-stat to call for heat. I have replaced with heat/cool t-stat and replaced all low voltage wiring with 7 wire t-stat wire

check the voltage at the terminals on each side of the contacts(not high voltage wires). If you have 24v on the call for cooling,disconnect power and replace contacts, If not check for damaged control voltage wire coming from the house to the out door unit and the wiring connections on the indoor un...

How do I wire in this fan relay in ? ( 24v from y and r and high voltage from contacts to fan ?) where would I get fan wire ? maybe tie into the same that heat ties into or if there is other speed wires use one of them ?

make sure you have 24volts going to the coil part of old contacts, on the call for cooling, to rule out any low voltage issues.
