Found a really old honeywell gas valve. Seems very basic, but for some reason I can't get the knob to turn from On to off or Pilot. I can depress the knob and it goes all the way down but will not turn. Took the knob off and really can't see how it would ever turn. The system was fired up last season but it was done by somone else.
It just uses 24v.. i got a picture but its on photobucket.

buy a new furnace and quit messing around with that piece of junk.
