Nordyne Elect. heat HELP

Nordyne E1EB-015HA The unit will work fine but the heat will not cut off at times. Have to trip breaker to turn unit off, house in the 80s. Will work for a few days then the same. Replaced the T stast and worked fine for days after that but stuck on again. Replaced the fan relay and this worked fine for a day or so but then stayed on. Not sure what it could be? Heat strips are working and fan is working. Any Help would be wonderful.

The heat sequencer can cause this, fan relay is usually for the a/c part, the relay is a normally closed relay and the low speed on the motor runs through this relay, as so does the high speed for the a/c. The relay keeps the motor from running on both low and high speed at the same time, if it did it would burn up the motor.
