Turn off the main power for 30 minutes. That should reset the furnace control board. Read page 14 - " -.docs.*/idc/groups/public/documents/techlit/ii311a-91-1.pdf" I hope the URL isn't censored... it's the Installation Manual. I don't have the code for 33 so you need to watch the furnace go through its start-up sequence as listed on pg 14 and see where it fails.
