Furnace blowing cold air

I have a PG9MAA048080 Payne Furnace with a 31 code. The water heater is next to it and a pipe burst from the water heater and sprayed water all over the furnace. Although we cleaned the water up, now the furnace is only blowing cold air out. We tried turning it completely off and restarting it. It still gives us the 31 code. Please advise.

Figuring as though you tried resetting it and that didn't work I would call a company cause chances are something is fried.

You will have a legend inside your furnace (probably inside on the door) that lists what code 31 is for Payne.
Tell us what that is. If it's a pressure switch code, then it could be ID motor, capaciter, PS switch or board, all of which do badly when sprayed with water. A pro will have the manometer and HVAC meter to determine what is damaged.
