Any ideas where the problem is?

Recently, it has had 2 -
1. the pump starts when called for heat, runs about 10 mins, then shuts off, (called for temp not reached), then restarts after about 5 minutes.
2. The warm air is only about 10 deg warmer than the intake (intake 70, output 81), whereas when properly functioning it is about 92-93 .

Please be more specific. What type of heating system... forced air, heat pump, hot water? Make and model of the equipment. Then as detailed an explanation as you can as to exactly what happens and when.
