ruud gas pack giving me 5 flashes

model urka-a042jk10e Draft motor runs 10 seconds and shuts down via power loss at control board. Control board is 62-23599-01. It then starts flashing 5 times. Cut breaker off to unit and it still continues to blink 5 times. no fuse on this control board. Im sure the thermostat is bad too and am planning on replacing it. When i unhook the jumpered red to white wir the light stays on steady. any assistance would be appreciated,
