Oil Furnace blowing Black soot out of exaust went?

I have an Armstrong Air Ultra 80 that was installed in 2003.

The last 2 years it has been blowing little speckles of black soot out of the exhaust tube.

There is no soot coming out the heater vents, only from the exhaust.

Every few days I have been cleaning the area.

What can do to fix this problem?

Dilkey is right. Get it serviced by a licenced oil burner mechanic. I Ontario oil burning appliances must be serviced yearly according to Code.
