Blower motor is bad or the capacitor is faulty.

the breaker you reset must have been the 2 pole breaker feeding the condensing unit. it probably tripped due to overload caused by no airflow inside. try another capacitor first. if it doesn't work, the motor is next.

It is best if you ask an expert. You have call some repairman to check your AC Blower motor and the capacitor.
