Weatheron to Honeywell T-Stat

I have replaced my old Weatheron Trane Baystat 239 with the Honeywell RTHL2410C and connected the O, G, Y, W, and R wires as the manual says to do for a heat pump and have the B, T, and X2 wires taped off and in the wall, but heating and cooling is not working. Any *

heat pumps can be tricky even for a skilled technician would not recommend diy on your heat pump.
