I assume you mean contactor instead of capacitor. The contactor,s internal relay is most likely not working well but there could also be other control problems that are causing the fan to not start. If it is just the contactor then it could just be defective. Contactors should not go as frequently as every 12 months there may be another control problem. You may want to get a mechanic to trouble shoot the problem.
