I am getting an error code on my furnace. The diagnostics - Twinning error, incorrect 24v phasing. Can anyone tell me what this *

Most likely it means a power connection issue of some kind. Newer systems are polarity sensitive. Has anyone done work on the system * Have you had any electrical work done in your house.

Turn off the breaker at the main box and check every connection, including the breaker connection, from the breaker box to the furnace. Check the main circuit breaker grounding. closely inspect the furnace control board for loose connections.
