Installing Heat Ducts In Basement

I did check them out somewhat on the net and they look like they are mainly used commercially. In large open areas. I did not find any that were fore residential.
They look interesting but I did not see any that were in any other shape other then round.
This may take up a lot of head room in your rooms. I did not see any that were smaller then 10 inches round. Again taking up much head room.
You will have to consider the length of piping as for proper distribution ducts need to sized properly.
