After trolling quite a few sites that advised replacing this and puting a tester on that, I found your post and tried it. Totally worked! My unit is a TWE036c14 installed vertically inside, and the brown relay has two holes and two slots on the front. Luckily, I didn't have to take the relay out to do this. But, I did turn off the breakers, sprayed WD40 in the holes, used an unbent paper clip (I know) to gently work the contacts inside back and forth. Thank you for your awesome tip!!!!!
