new ruud 95% gas furnace

my new Ruud 95% furnace is 1 month old and shuts off every night now, at about the same time and then does not come back on til the next mourning at about the same time.Ideleted the program I had in the thermostat and when I hold a temp, it still will not come on. I've thrown the power off and on and it still goes off at just about the same time. When I check the unit, I have 2 steady green lights. The contractor is going to replace the 2 stage thermostat and the induction motor. Anyone have any ideas or hear of something like *
