carrier weathermaker code 41

i have a carrier weathermaker sxi that has a fault code 41. i just bought this house 3 months ago as a first time buyer. i tried to do some research and read it might be control board problem and some people say to just replace furnace but i dont have money saved right now. also how do i use the emergency heat function and is this wise to do. any info will help. thanks for any replies

code 41 is for blower outside valid speed range. any suggestions on brands if i must purchase a new furnace
