Current heat pump model - TCH430AKA1 Sears

Current thermostat model - P274-0100 Totaline
(there is one upstairs and one downstairs for 2-zone system)
tstat Zone 1 has G, Y1, R, W1 and C wired.
tstat Zone 2 has Y1, R, W1 and C wired.

Current control - Carrier Weathermaker II Two-Zone Comfort Zoning System
control box has RC, O, Y1, W1, G and RH wired. RC is jumpered to RH.
control box is about 10 years old.

Would like to change thermostats to something programmable.

I am confused by the lack of W2 connections, since this is a 2-stage heat pump with typical fan coils/heat strips.

I would agree a Honeywell or Totalline T-stat would be my recommendation. They would wire the same/
