hello, hope someone can give me the missing clue I need to solve this problem. My compressor will not come on, the blower fan is operating, and when I push the contacts together the compressor starts and runs until I let off. This appears that it is missing a signal, I believe one from the card mounted to the blower motor. The problem is, how do I verify and also, can it be bypassed until I can get a replacement card. I am an electronics tech by trade, however a/c units are a tad confusing to me at times.

Could be allot of different issues, to many to list. Might be safer to call a service company..
