Have problem with unit fan will not turn off and one heat strip is activated in cool mode. when t-stat is off blower runs continuously. could problem be the stack relay stuck closed because when I remove 24 volts wire it does not stop the problem.

sounds like a stuck switch on the sequencer. if that is the case, you probably have 5kw of heat energized all the time as well.

oh yea Continuos heat, just hard to access sequencers cause installed in front of support beam. replaced heat sequencers and unit working fine. thanks
