HOW TO RESET THE RESET **

Hi, I have an Energy Kinetics System 2000 & I've been having to use the reset button to start it up for the past few months. Takes a few tries to get it going (I know...it has to be serviced...). Yesterday, I did what I usually do, depressing the reset button & instead of the reset button popping back up after I depress it, it stayed in. The furnace kept on trying to fire up but each time it would, I could hear what sounded like something shorting out. I shut the furnace off altogether. MY QUESTION.....does anyone know how I can get the reset button to pop back *** Thanks.

agree with heatseeker. when a safety device trips, it does so due to an out of range condition. the trip is a symptom. the cause should be investigated by a trained technician.
