carrier 38ah-024-600ac oil switch trip

I have carrier 38ah-024-600ac. The oil switch always trips around 2 min, find some oil under the compressor, and when the compressor is running, head pressure is low and suction pressure is high, oil switch trip on low oil pressure . Do I need change the compressor or I just seal the compressor with gasket. Some one tells me there have restriction, need change high pressure valve. Different hvac guys tell me different thing, any one can help me find this problem
