Hey guys (and gals)

I am an HVAC technician for the State of Tennessee. The EPA will be at my facility in about a week and I currently have a few units on the property that have been decommissioned and all refrigerant recovered. Where can I find the tags/stickers/labels that I put on these units attesting to the fact that the necessary steps have been followed? Someone please help me! Thanks
