was there a r22 compressor failure that prompted this replacement ? if so, what kind of failure was it ? burn out ? locked up ? bad valves ? also, how much of the system was replaced ? evaporator ? txv ? line set ?
what was the inside and outside temperature when you were reading these pressures ?
the discharge pressure appears to be abnormally low for a summer day and full load of heat. we need to know the liquid line temperature and the saturated discharge temperature (temp needle is reading on the high side gauge). this will tell us about the freon level. also tell us the RLA rating and the actual amps at the time you take these other readings.
as for the vacuum, you don't know what the level of vacuum is unless you use a vacuum gauge capable of reading microns. i'm assuming there is a new liquid line filter.
