blower cap and single seqencer were bad replaced them, package unit started up......the outdoor fan now is not working, can it get to cold and not ***** of all the ones i've installed i've never known this to happen..

i checked and it was across the line, it was a bad cond. motor, i replaced it's now running fine.....thanks for your help
