Repair broken TEV cap tube ??

Has anyone ever repaired the cap tube between the TEV valve and its temp sensing bulb ? The factory solder was faulty and it is broken at the temp sensing bulb. Aren't they charged with nitrgen? Can I re-solder it?

Just replace the TEV.. Not even worth replacing that.. Plus that bulb is pre-charged..
