Rebuilding Wall Furnace

Hi,

This is my first post here. Me and a friend are considering rebuilding a dual sided wall furnace circa 1970. The manufacturer is Tempco. The model number is WV35-3, WV60-3. It comes with a blower feature. That blower is shot and we'll be needing to buy a new Fasco to replace it. The problem is the temperature control for the fan. There is no sign of the wiring or the control unit itself. So, we don't know what control unit to purchase or where to mount it. We are clueless about what temperature ranges the controller would be operating at.

The alternative to this is buying a new furnace if funds permit. However, this seems like a simple question of installing a switch and connecting a blower motor to power rather then spending the 600-1000 an entire new unit. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. We have already dug this beast out of the wall. It is now broken down to about 100 pieces as we were looking for a control unit, so there is no turning back
