Thermostat not working after switching cables

Hi,

2 month ago installed a new honeywell thermostat. The cooling feature worked perfect throughout the summer. Attempted to turn on the Heat and it was blowing cold air. Decided to call honeywell and they told me that I was missing a wire and needed to re-wire.

After performing this and "jumping" some of the wires together the heat still does not turn on and now the cooling feature does not even work.

Does anyone have an idea how to troubleshoot * Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
