Hi guys,
Our 5-year-old Lennox G61MPV high-efficiency gas furnace wouldn't start last night. It gave a "2+3" LED error code indicating that the low pressure switch fails to open.
Today a local technician came by and said we need a new inducer motor. Does this make sense? It's going to take him a day or two to get one and we have some cold weather on the way. My understanding is that the low pressure switch is normally open, and the inducer motor causes it to close. I just wondered if we were on the right track or I should contact someone else.
Thanks, Ander
