i have a woodstove in the same room as the furnance and want to use the furnance to draw heat from the woodstove for the rest of the house. how do i get the heat from the woodstove into the furnance to dispurce it through the vents in the rest of the *

didn't you already ask this * Why don't you post a model num. for your wood burning stove so we can see what it is. When it comes to stuff that burns I wouldn't get to creative just a thought. Maybe you can put a fan next the the fireplace to circulate the air.

i have a fan beside the woodstove just want to know how to vent it into the furnance. there is no model # for the woodstove because its a custom made for the size of this house.. Saniga stoves made it. i want to be able to get the heat upstairs where its needed..

I just don't understand the concept of tying a wood burning stove into a current hvac system. It just dosn't seem logical to me, but I am not experienced in this area so forgive me I can't be of any help.

there is a simple solution to your problem using a vent in the same room for supply air into the furnace , with hot supply air going into the furnace and the fan switch on the thermostat set to on it would constantly draw the wood heat and distribute it throughout your home .

There is a simple solution just light your house on fire it will stay nice and toasty for a little while.
