Does anyone need a residential pricing system. It runs on Excel and uses your own costs of doing business to do the pricing. Bring your laptop and a small printer to the customer's house. Price the job and print a contract in just a few minutes. The system shows you your Gross Profit and Net Profit percent before you sell the job, so you can offer a discount to get the sale. Eight users so far, and they all are having great success.

$1800 one time fee. No ongoing costs. We convert 200 pieces of equipment that you use (condensers, air handlers, furnaces etc.) to our file for free. More than 200 items, conversion fee of $1 for each additional item. So if we convert 300 items, we would charge an additional $100.

Also, - We send you a questionnaire that you fill out, telling us your costs for various expense items. We take that info and massage it to arrive at an hourly truck cost, overhead cost and man hour cost. The program needs these costs to do the pricing properly.
