Heres an idea why don't you call the companies in your area and ask what is their service call rate. eVERY area has different competition.

Service rates vary , even in the same area . Several companies try to draw you in with LOW rates and bang you with a large bill. In my area is a guy who charges $20 service call , But in the end he was a $100 higher then everyone else.Fair price for a job.
