How about,while keeping in mind all these aspects, proper piping *

Your not making sense. Either you are not very experienced at brazing or you are pulling our chain to see if we are technically challenged. When you heat the pipe any oil will burn off unless really saturated or leaking from inside. A good sand cloth will clean it up just fine.
