Trane TWE030-SF-1A air handler blower - rumbles

Have a Trane TWE030SF1A indoor air handler. When the blower starts and stops it makes a rumbling noise. I believe it is due to failing bearings. Are these part of the motor or the blower * Or is it possible there is another issue with the * Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Turn off the power to the system. Open the blower door so you can see the blower wheel... squirrel cage.... and motor. Now, by hand, spin the wheel and listen. Does it spin quietly and freely. Try and wiggle the blower wheel up and down, right and left. Do you feel and play.
