Varible speed indoor motor

I am working on a goodman INDOOR unit AEPT030-00C-1A, the indoor Varible speed fan motor wont run. I checked the high voltage coming in and it was present, the low voltage at the board was there on the gren terminal. I checked the continuity of the motor and it was open. I dont see a capacitor for the motor. Ive replaced many single speed motors but not one of the varible speed. Is there anything else i can check before purchasing one of these expensive *

I found a Guide to the motor online. I will be also removing the control module and checking the continuity between the wires and the housing.

Is this a PSC motor or an ECM.

Sorry, I thought i had put the model number, Its a Goodman, air handler model*AEPT030-00C-1A, 1/2 HP. ECM i believe. Any other * I believe it to be the motor, I can get one at the supply house, cost almost 500$.

I suggest you take your ECM motor to an electric motor shop. I know nothing about them. For a few dollars to be certain the motor is bad could save you wasting $500 on a new motor. Unless abused, motors don't usually fail.
