Thanks for your feedback. We totally agree that pictures and url's would be helpful. Unfortunately the moment we allow these features, our system is hacked. We are hit on average about 1000 break-in attempts per day or over run with automated spam bots trying to offer creative ways to have a better life with the Mrs. On top of that, we had many people trying to advertise / sell products on their own *commercial* HVAC website for free. While other sites offer these features, we don't have the full time administrative resources. This board is one of the few remaining that is 100% run by the members / technicians who are retired or working all hours of the day/night. We don't sell anything and offer 100% free support. We will continue to investigate how to accomodate photos in the near future. Thanks again for your feedback - we will do something about it.
