Coil for Apollo air handler

Post by andipanda » Tue Oct 01, 2013 4:39 pm

The coil on my Apollo air handler is leaking and I'm trying to locate a replacement. I have the following numbers (might be model or part number)-

M-UHMA-1000A or S-M52802977

Check with the installing HVAC company. They should be an Apollo dealer and would know what coil you'd need. Otherwise get the dimensions of the coil and the tonnage (BTU/hr) from the condenser unit and find a coil that fits those parameters. Since the coil is leaking you'll need to either replace or fix the coil and that usually involves an HVAC company due to EPA regs concerning R-22, assuming you have an R-22 system.
