Thank you Phil for this info. What a nightmare as you say. I do not have any insight into these chillers but you have enlightened us to a real problem. Hopefully Carrier will come good for the problems sooner then later. This can not be good for data center operations. You must be getting an ear full from them.
Please keep us informed of any further problems as it is great to hear of potential problem equipment.
